The deadline for registration is <strong>May 1<\/strong><strong><sup>st<\/sup><\/strong><strong>, 2013<\/strong>. Late registration will be subject to a late fee. Presenters should note that payment of the registration fee is required for inclusion of their abstract into the program.<\/p>\n<p>The fees in US dollars are as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Regular<\/strong><br \/>\n$490<br \/>\nIncluding late fee: $590<\/p>\n<p><strong>Students<\/strong> (with valid student card) or <strong>participants from developing countries<\/strong><br \/>\n$225<br \/>\nIncluding late fee: $275<\/p>\n<p><strong>One-day Public Pass registration<\/strong><br \/>\nThis is available at the conference for members of the public or press, and includes attendance to the sessions for 1 day.
