Please feel free to download a copy of the\u00a0<a title=\"GLOW 8 book of Program &amp; Abstract\" href=\"http:\/\/conferences.aehms.org\/glow8\/files\/2015\/07\/GLOW-8-Book-of-Program-Abstract_.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Program &amp; Abstract\u00a0book<\/a>.
