Presentations

All presentation in the conference must be given in English.

Keynote: Presenters will be given 30 minutes to give their talk, followed by 10 minutes of questions. PowerPoint presentations are the recommended format.

Oral: Oral presenters will be given 15 minutes to give their talk, followed by 5 minutes of questions. Please provide a PowerPoint presentation.

Speakers are recommended to send their presentations to Gulf3@uaeu.ac.ae before October 30th. Since file sizes can be very large for PowerPoints, wetransfer.com is a recommended service for sending the files. At very latest, presenters must give their presentation file at the registration desk the day before they are scheduled to present.

Poster: Posters should fit entirely within a space 1 m wide and 1.2 m high (39 inches wide x 47 high). The poster must be in a large font, readable from 2 meters away. We recommend that the text be no smaller than 24 pt Times New Roman.
