Registration includes a conference participant package (program book, USB with presentation abstracts, and a name tag which is your pass to all breaks, and lunches). All rates are in USD. Students must present a valid student card in order to receive the discounted registration. Late fees will apply after September 4th, 2018.

To register for the conference, please complete the form below and pay the registration fee. Fee payment in advance of the conference is available by bank transfer or credit card. Credit cards will be processed online through PayPal by completing the form given below, which opens a window to PayPal once the “submit” button is clicked. For bank transfer, the details needed are available at the end of the form. Additionally, once the “submit” button is clicked, an email will be sent to the payer containing the bank details. Please note that the form will automatically direct you to PayPal so if you intend to pay by bank transfer, simply close the PayPal window. Additionally, it is required that any person paying by bank transfer must indicate the activity as “GULF3” on the transfer, and must upload a screenshot showing payment and send it to the conference secretariat. Bank transfer registration will not be valid without this documentation.

Presenter registration is now closed. If are a presenter and have not already registered, your presentation will not be in the program. However you are welcome to register and come to the conference as an attendee.
