PowerPoint presentations are the recommended format.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oral:<\/strong> Oral presenters will be given 15 minutes to give their talk, followed by 5 minutes of questions. Please provide a PowerPoint presentation.<\/p>\n<p>Speakers are recommended to send their presentations to <a href=\"mailto:Gulf3@uaeu.ac.ae\">Gulf3@uaeu.ac.ae<\/a> before October 30th. Since file sizes can be very large for PowerPoints, <a href=\"https:\/\/wetransfer.com\/\">wetransfer.com<\/a> is a recommended service for sending the files. At very latest, presenters must give their presentation file at the registration desk the day before they are scheduled to present.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poster:<\/strong> Posters should fit entirely within a space 1 m wide and 1.2 m high (39 inches wide x 47 high). The poster must be in a large font, readable from 2 meters away.
