Registration includes a conference participant package (program book, USB with presentation abstracts, and a name tag which is your pass to all breaks, lunches and dinners). All rates are in USD. Students must present a valid student card in order to receive the discounted registration.
Fee payment is available online through Paypal by completing the form given below. Alternatively, if you do not want to use the online system but want to pay by credit card, you can contact the secretariat, either for a fax-able PDF registration form, or to process your payment over the phone.
