Cost $1,000 USD

- One standard exhibitor space including table, chair and electrical outlet or a display space June 18th – 20th.
Reception Sponsorship Package:
Cost $5,000 USD
- Sponsorship of our welcome reception where you can display company promotional material (banners, stands, brochures, handouts etc.) throughout the venue. If applicable a space will also be provided where a demonstration of company products can be given to participants.
- A full page advertisement placed in our program book.
- The company logo will be posted on the home page of our website in the sponsors category.
- Hard link to your website on our conference website.
- A one page PDF electronic advertisement included on the conference flashdrives given out to all participants.
- The company will be thanked during the reception and at the conference opening ceremonies.
