Oral
Standard oral presentations are assigned 20 minutes: 15 minutes for the presentation itself and 5 minutes for questions from the audience. Presenters must submit their presentations in PowerPoint via a USB thumb drive to the registration desk.
Poster
Posters should be clear easy to read from a distance of 1-2 m. Font size should be no smaller than 24 pt. Sans Serif type fonts are the easiest to read from a distance. Poster size must not exceed 1.25 m. Presenters are asked to hang their posters in the designated location (assigned at registration) no later than 12pm on Monday, February 17th. All presenters are expected to be present by their poster during the poster session in order to discuss and answer questions from attendees.
