Registration covers conference attendance, lunch, coffee breaks, banquet and a conference participant package (program book, USB with presentation abstracts, and a name tag which is your pass to the conference). All rates are in INR or USD, payment by either currency is accepted. Students must present a valid student card in order to receive the discounted registration.
Early-bird and presenter registration deadline: January 3, 2020. Presenters must register by this date to ensure their presentation is included in the program.

- Payment can be sent through NEFT: A/c. No- 4446002100002388, Punjab National Bank, IFSc code PUNB0444600 in name of the “Organizing Secretary, GBPUAT-AEHMS-CIFRI conference”.
- The Transaction ID must be shared with the Organizing Secretary in order for your registration to be accounted.
- Online payment is available via Paypal’s secure site (which accepts credit card and PayPal transfer) and is accessed by completing the form given below.
- An alternate way to pay by credit card is by contacting the Secretariat for a fax/e-mail PDF registration form.
